Children's Village

Picture

Starkville Strong is proud to host the Children’s Village at the Cotton District Arts Festival for the fourth year in a row, and we’re proud to provide a fun space.

Starkville Strong's mission is simple.  To step in where gaps exist and help people move toward stability. Whether it’s food access, housing support, or connecting people to resources, they believe in building a stronger, more supportive community together.

Hosting the Children’s Village is one of the ways Starkville Strong gets to show up for families in a joyful, tangible way while also sharing the heart behind what they do every day.

This year’s Children’s Village will be full of hands-on fun, including games, a “Draw Starkville” station where kids can bring their favorite parts of our city to life, balloon animals, and a raffle. All activity stations are free, because we want every child to be able to participate, but donations are always appreciated and go directly toward supporting Starkville Strong's work in the community.

Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase throughout the day. We’re looking forward to welcoming you, connecting with new faces, and continuing to grow awareness around what’s possible when a community shows up for its own

Please visit our Sponsors & Volunteers page for other information on our lovely sponsors for CDAF!
